For Mac users, keyboard shortcuts are great for saving time. You do not have to use the defaulted shortcuts that were put in by developers.
To create your custom shortcuts, follow these steps:
Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Application Shortcuts. Click the + button to add a new shortcut.
Here you can choose the application you want to apply from the drop-down menu list. Lastly, choose a unique key combination to invoke the command, then click Add.
